Create Excel File Problem of Uncloud on Windows

Overview

When I was asked to modify uncloud program that output Excel file, I use my office Windows 10 PC for debugging. Unfortunately, the Excel file, named 仕入チェックリスト.xlsx, has never been able to be produced by the program. I found the root cause of this problem was the use of old libxl.dll and php_excel.dll. However, the same program which runs on linux environment can produce the Excel file successfully.
